Board Certified Renewal, Package 3

Approved by: Institute of Somatic Therapy is approved by the NCBTMB (Provider #280672-00) as a continuing education Approved Provider. Number of CEs earned: 24, including 3 in ethics. This package is designed for renewal of NCBTMB certification, under the current Board Certification credential. Board Certified therapists must have 24 total CE hours, of which three must be ethics. If you wish to use these hours for a different jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to determine if they are valid for your license renewal.

Each of these massage therapy CEU courses earn an individual certificate of completion dated the date you complete the online test. Therefore, you can "straddle" your renewal periods by completing some of the courses now, and the remainder of the courses once your new renewal period begins.This is especially helpful for massage therapists who are licensed in a state jurisdiction where CEUs are required on a different timetable than their national renewal. All courses must be completed within one year of enrollment.

Can I make any substitutions to this package, such as a different ethics course? No, our system recognizes this package as a single unit. As such, no substitutions can be made. You can always enroll in separate courses and use the "Customize Your Own Package" coupon if this package does not meet your needs.

Are these courses valid for the NCBTMB? Yes, our provider number is 280672-00.

How long will it take me to complete this package? The four individual courses that make up this package are a total of 24 continuing education credits. The general rule is that you should expect to spend one clock hour for each credit, so you should plan on 24 hours of study time from start to finish, although some people are slower or faster than average.

How long do I have to complete the courses? You have one full year from enrollment to complete each course in this package. Courses not completed in that time are eligible for a one year extension by paying a reinstatement fee.
