Reinstatement Fee

Course Access & Reinstatement Policy

Courses are available to you for the lifetime of our website, provided you have completed the test for the course within one year of your purchase date.

If you have not completed the test within one year of purchase, you will lose access to your course materials, resources, and videos.

Reinstating an Expired Course

If a course has expired, you may reinstate it for an additional year within 12 months of the expiration date. The reinstatement fee is $35 per course. Please use the reinstatement link in your account if that option is available to you.

For students who are beyond the 12-month reinstatement window, you may still reinstate your course with permission. Please email us before using this option. Once approved, you can add the $35 reinstatement fee to your shopping cart and proceed with payment. If you have more than one course to reinstate, please update the quantity in your shopping cart accordingly.

Once you receive your confirmation email, please reply to that email to notify us, and we will manually reactivate the course or courses in your account.
