Important Notices
This package is for active Florida licensees only. If you hold a lapsed Florida massage therapy license and are working to reinstate it, you most likely need our 10-hour Florida Laws & Rules course rather than this renewal package. Please confirm your reinstatement requirements with the Florida Board of Massage Therapy before enrolling.
Using these hours outside of Florida: This package is intended for Florida licensees. If you plan to apply any of these hours toward a different state board or national organization, it is your responsibility to confirm whether those hours will be accepted. Many boards will not accept state law hours from a different jurisdiction, and the NCBTMB does not recognize the Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention course for its CE purposes.
Package terms: This item is non-refundable. Packages are not retroactive if you have already enrolled in any of the four courses individually, we are not able to credit that tuition toward an upgrade to this package.
CE Broker Reporting
Institute of Somatic Therapy reports completions to CE Broker for Florida licensees only. Your Florida license number must be on file in your online account with us before you complete the online tests. Reports are submitted weekly and more frequently sometimes daily as the renewal deadline approaches.
Once your completion appears in your CE Broker account, you will have the opportunity to rate the course. If we have earned a positive rating from you, we would appreciate you taking a moment to share it. Thank you.

Are the course materials downloadable?
You must be logged in to your account at MassageCredits.com to access course materials. Many courses include downloadable files check within each individual course once enrolled.
Will these courses work on my phone, tablet, or other device?
Yes. Since technology continues at a rapid pace, it is impossible for us to provide a complete list of every compatible device. We invite you to take our free sample course to test whether the online content and any streaming video work on your specific device before enrolling.
Can I print the test to work on it in advance?
Yes. A study guide with the test questions and answer choices is included with each course. You can print it and work through it as you study, then log in to submit your answers when you are ready to take the official online exam.
What happens if I fail a test?
You may retest as many times as needed at no additional charge until you pass.
Will you report my completions to CE Broker or the Florida Board of Massage?
Yes but only if your Florida license number is on file in your online account with us before you complete each online test. Without your license number in your account, we are not able to report on your behalf.
