The Precision Model is a structured communication framework built around five specific cues patterns in language that signal vagueness, generalization, or distorted meaning and the targeted questions that bring clarity to each one. In a massage therapy context, these skills help you identify what clients are really telling you during intake, navigate sensitive conversations without overstepping your scope, and respond to emotional or ambiguous language with empathy and professionalism.

This is not a generic communication skills course. Every concept is grounded in real-world application, with examples and exercises that reflect the conversations you actually have in your practice.
